About the Chef
Our Head Chef Alec Clarke believes in doing everything the right way; food made from scratch with high quality ingredients, every time.
Chef Clarke is classically trained in french cooking technics and has worked in a variety of restaurants including The Signature Room at the 95th in Chicago, and as Head Chef at The Homestead Resort in Glenn Arbor Michigan.
Chef Clarke has been featured in the Sleeping Bear Dunes Visitors Guide for his work at The Homestead Resort.
